The Clipper Café and holiday apartments are ideally located right on the waterside in the beautiful village of Shaldon. The Clipper is a family run business with an amazing team who work to provide the best experience possible for all of our guests. We are open all year round and welcome locals and visitors alike. Our fully licensed café is open from 8am in the morning until bedtime and is dedicated to using as much produce as possible from our own
farm, just up the road in the rolling hills of Stokeinteignhead.
Shaldon was originally settled on the south side of the Teign Estuary as a traditional fishing village. The tall red sandstone cliffs of Labrador Bay, give way to a narrow estuary entrance between Teignmouth and Shaldon. The twice-daily tide filling the Salty provides an ever-changing vista from the Tors of Dartmoor to Portland Bill across Lyme Bay.

Alex Dobson is back for another fun filled evening of Live Music Bingo. Back to the usual start time of 7pm. Evening packed full of Music Bingo, Cocktails, Great Food and fabulous prizes. £5 per person to play. Payment taken as a deposit when booking.
Join us for Mother's Day Sunday 15th March. Our Kitchen is open from 8am to 8pm and bookings are available from 5pm. During the daytime we don't take bookings, please just turn up and help yourselves to tables. Mums get a *free pudding with evening bookings from 5pm.
