The Clipper Café and holiday apartments are ideally located right on the waterside in the beautiful village of Shaldon. The Clipper is a family run business with an amazing team who work to provide the best experience possible for all of our guests. We are open all year round and welcome locals and visitors alike. Our fully licensed café is open from 8am in the morning until bedtime and is dedicated to using as much produce as possible from our own
farm, just up the road in the rolling hills of Stokeinteignhead.
Shaldon was originally settled on the south side of the Teign Estuary as a traditional fishing village. The tall red sandstone cliffs of Labrador Bay, give way to a narrow estuary entrance between Teignmouth and Shaldon. The twice-daily tide filling the Salty provides an ever-changing vista from the Tors of Dartmoor to Portland Bill across Lyme Bay.

Join us once again for a fun filled evening of great seafood and live music from The All Hands On Deck Sea Shanty Crew. Raising money for the RNLI. Donation Buckets will be available for everyone's generous donations. Fancy dress is encouraged.
We are celebrating St George's Days and The Last Live Music Bingo until after the Summer Holidays, Thursday 23rd April. We will have lots of cocktails, gin's , cakes and fabulous evening food to make sure our last one is the best one yet.
