Teignmouth - Shaldon Ferry

Englands Oldest Passenger Ferry

The passenger ferry operates a continuous daily service between Teignmouth and Shaldon.

Not only does it provide an essential link between Teignmouth and Shaldon for residents and visitors, but also access to local walks such as the South West coast path that continues along the coastline from Minehead, Somerset to Poole Harbour in Dorset.

Please not there is restricted service in the winter months, please see check their Facebook page for updated times or call them to find out more.
Dogs, bicycles and pushchairs are all welcome aboard but please be aware that the ferry is accessed from the beach for all landings.Service operates between Teignmouth back beach, near the Lifeboat House and Shaldon Beach.
