Englands Oldest Passenger Ferry
The passenger ferry operates a continuous daily service between Teignmouth and Shaldon.
Not only does it provide an essential link between Teignmouth and Shaldon for residents and visitors, but also access to local walks such as the South West coast path that continues along the coastline from Minehead, Somerset to Poole Harbour in Dorset.

Dogs, bicycles and pushchairs are all welcome aboard but please be aware that the ferry is accessed from the beach for all landings.Service operates between Teignmouth back beach, near the Lifeboat House and Shaldon Beach.
Built in the late 1920's and early 1930's, the beautiful gardens were devised by Maria Kempe Homeyard
This small zoo is set in an acre of woodland garden above the attractive coastal village of Shaldon.
